CTR offers a free membership option. The Personal plan is priced at $8 per month if you pay annually, or $10 per month with monthly billing. The Business plan costs $16 per month annually or $20 per month if billed monthly. For larger teams, we can provide a custom Enterprise Plan.
How does CTR safeguard my data?
CTR is dedicated to ensuring your global privacy rights are protected and the security of the data you share with us through our products is maintained.
How does CTR store data?
CTR’s subscription service is hosted on dedicated servers in secure data centers operated by Amazon Web Services. These centers are SOC 2 compliant and have round-the-clock physical security, including biometric access and continuous monitoring.
Does CTR provide discounts for nonprofit organizations?
Yes, CTR offers a 50% discount on annual plans for CTR Personal and CTR Business to eligible nonprofit organizations.
How do I cancel my CTR subscription?
To cancel a paid plan, navigate to the billing section in your admin console and select "Cancel plan." You can find the admin console by logging into your account, then clicking your profile photo in the top navigation bar.
What is CTR’s refund policy?
CTR does not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal, you'll keep access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. After your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and any related data.
